It was a rainy, cold and overcast afternoon, and we thought it best to have a cup (or two) of hot choco-late in that damp weather.
This sign is what you see along the Road.

CHOCO MALLOW HOT CHOCO-LATE for P95.
BAGUIO BLEND (STRAWBERRY) HOT CHOCO-LATE for P90.
This hot drink simply sends tingles down your spine as it perfectly complements the cool Baguio weather. It is nice holding on to the cup to help keep your fingers warm. Order Choco Mallows to excite the kid in you. Baguio Blend is not to be missed either. Chocolate and strawberry is just yum! Rule of thumb: When in Baguio, try everything Strawberry. :-)
Batirol is a small pot, shaped like an urn,
used for cooking chocolate drink (tsokalate).
It has a (usually) wooden stirring rod
that can be rotated using your palms
to make the drink frothy.
BIBINGKA for P105.
Merienda is not enough with just drinks. Bibingka, sensibly, is a great pair to the choco-late. It is freshly cooked and sweetened just right.
TURON DE LANGKA (3 pieces) P85.
Have the turon for another amazing Choco-late de Batirol duo. These banana fritters are served immediately after frying. The wrapper is crispy, the saba is soft and overripe (which is perfect for the turon) and the langka oozes with every bite, but careful though, it's hot! :-)
This is me loving Baguio at first sip.

For its authentic tsokolate, classic Pinoy menu, attentive staff and nature-refic ambiance, CHOCO-LATÉ DE BATIROL is DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!
