Tuna Tortilla

I just whipped up this no-brainer snack for a quick tummy fix. I call it the TUNA TORTILLA.






Serves  1-2
Prep Time  3 minutes 
Cooking Time  5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 180g of canned tuna, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 pcs flour or corn tortilla
  • a tube of McCormick Pesto Bread Spread

Cooking Procedure:
  1. Saute garlic, onion, and tuna.
  2. Heat the tortilla in a pan or toaster.
  3. Take out the tortilla from the pan or toaster
  4. Fill half the tortilla with the sauteed tuna.
  5. Squeeze bread spread on top of the tuna. 
  6. Fold-over the other half of the tortilla to create a half-moon.
  7. Eat like a sandwich or quesadilla.
A super quick, easy-to-do recipe that is yummy and filling. You should try it! 

This has become my go-to snack when I'm lazy to cook. Yes, there are days like that. :-P
