Cooking Time 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 180g of canned tuna, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 pcs flour or corn tortilla
- a tube of McCormick Pesto Bread Spread
Cooking Procedure:
- Saute garlic, onion, and tuna.
- Heat the tortilla in a pan or toaster.
- Take out the tortilla from the pan or toaster
- Fill half the tortilla with the sauteed tuna.
- Squeeze bread spread on top of the tuna.
- Fold-over the other half of the tortilla to create a half-moon.
- Eat like a sandwich or quesadilla.
This has become my go-to snack when I'm lazy to cook. Yes, there are days like that. :-P
