Ingredients:
- 120 g tuna in brine
- 1 pc red onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 3 big lettuce leaves
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp basil, chopped
- 60 g cottage cheese, crumbled
- Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
Cooking Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients except lettuce.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette made by whisking the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar.
- Chill.
- Serve on lettuce leaves. (I used the leaves as a wrap! :-D)
